Manager - Corporate Recovery

Minimum requirements: 

	Candidates must possess Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent;
	Candidates must be able to handle and supervise corporate recovery engagements ranging from formal insolvency to informal restructuring engagements;
	Candidates must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in a CPA firm with an in-depth knowledge of corporate recovery procedures;
	Excellent communication and report writing skills;
	Process leadership, initiative and an analytical mind; and
	Ability to work independently or as a team.

Tax Supervisor / Tax Senior

Minimum requirements: 

	Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience and at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role for Tax Supervisor position;
	Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience and able to work under minimal supervision for Tax Senior position;
	Possess relevant qualifications;
	Computer literate; and
	Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
